August Weddings - Lisa & Dave

 

Lisa & Dave were married at the Parish Church of Middleton - a stunning Norman-dated building, with lots of character. A real hidden gem, steeped in history. Lisa & Dave are the most down-to-earth clients I have ever photographed. With no preconceived ideas, they wanted me to just 'go for it' and document their wedding day. Without going into detail, Lisa & Dave's day was extra special. A real Roller Coaster ride of events have interfered with their long term plans...but they got there. And with God's will, they'll stay there, for many many years to come. 

Photographing a wedding is all about the people, the emotions and the celebrations of the day. But more importantly, as a photographer, it's about capturing as much of these elements as one can, whilst trying to stay impartial. Saturday was difficult to remain impartial, but I did my best...here are some of my favourites from the day...
