Leisa & John were married in Cheadle on a very changeable August Saturday. Both bride and groom and avid brass band fans...and musicians too. Along for the ceremony were some of their closest friends, playing them into and out of church, plus the hymns of course - no organist required, thank you! Mention of the famous Brighouse and Rastrick brass band were mentioned in the speeches as thank yous to certain members. I was impressed!
The reception was at Chancellors Hotel. Situated in Fallowfield, Manchester, I'd never heard of the venue before. Off the beaten track, the hotel is beautiful, with a vast mature lawn and gardens to photograph in. Here's some from the day...
